SHIPPING POLICY
You can expect to receive your product within 5-10 business days, depending on your distance from the store.
We offer free, local delivery to anyone residing in South-West Oxford, Woodstock or Ingersoll. If you reside outside of this area, you can have the product shipped to you for a $15 standard shipping fee.
RETURN POLICY
Since the majority of our products are breakable, we take extra care in packaging your orders.
However, if you receive a product in the mail that is broken or damaged, please contact us and we can help you solve the problem.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is easy!
After you hit checkout, enter your shipping details, select your delivery method, add your payment method and then place your order!
There are lots of ways you can pay! We accept credit and debit, or you can pay us in person!
We also offer split payments for products that cost $1000 or more.
